Hey Lovelies......💛💛

Temi is here for you again.....💋

I’m definitely someone that has tried so many products and DIY beauty tips just to keep my skin radiant.

Well, I also don’t love water but I would go any extra mile just to look good. Most of us spend so much time trying to get that clear and popping skin.

“OMG, see Lizzy’s skin, she’s literally competing with the sun🌞”.(Lizzy, my imaginary clear skin friend). The funniest thing is that you’ve also tried many skincare products without seeing results and you’re almost giving up. See Lizzy she’s using the same products as you but she’s focusing on those little things that matter.

Hydration! Hydration!! Hydration!!!

Oh well, I’m just going to make emphasis on the hydration story again because I’m 101% sure you’re not hearing this for the first time. In a day you use up to 60% of the fluids in your body and it is very important for you to replenish the fluids as fast as possible. As simple as hydration sounds it goes a long way in helping you stay fresh. It’s so shocking how water is more important than applying topical creams.

A healthy skin is well hydrated; the lack of proper skin hydration will make the skin flaky and dry and a dry skin is more prone to wrinkling. Dehydration can cause itching and general discomfort to our skin and therefore is important to take special care of your skin during summer or dry seasons as high temperature and sunrise dries up moisture which is prone to damages in the skin.

It is also important most of us know acne and pimples are not exactly caused by oily skin but could only be aggravated by oily skin which was initially caused by dehydration.

So what do I do to get Lizzy’s skin glow🌊

Trust me hydration is Key.

Drink enough water daily at least 2.5 litres to remove toxins, delay the appearance of fine lines and give a more radiant skin and over weeks your skin will show how hydration compliment it.

Hydration doesn’t necessarily mean water it’s could be milk, beverages, juices and other drinks that can help to replenish the fluids in the human skin.

🥛🍇🥝

Vegetables and fruits like lemon, watermelon and apple or other fruits with high nourishing values and high-water content could be taken. You should avoid frequent intake of alcohol as its diuretic qualities increases dehydration.

A cold and refreshing bath relaxes the nerves, enhances soft and supple skin, prevents the skin from getting clogged and prepares the skin for a glamorous make up application.

Always remember to moisturise your skin after a relaxing shower to revive the skin's natural moisture, reveal deeply luminous and a more refreshed skin.

Self pampering is the key to a clear skin.

Your Body is a Temple.

Xoxo💋
